Grant RedyHost Support Access to your server

To allow RedyHost support access to your server, perform the following steps:

  1. If you use firewall to manage SSH or WHM access to your server, whitelist RedyHost IP addresses:
    1. 122.129.219.119
    2. 122.129.219.114
    3. 125.7.8.194
    4. 203.214.65.248
  2. WHM/cPanel servers – whitelist the same IP addresses in cPHulk.
  3. Authorise the public key listed below. To authorise public key, SSH into the server, idenfity the SSH user that you want RedyHost support to login (e.g. root) and execute the following command:

If the SSH user is not root – the command above must replace the path to the authorized_keys file accordingly, e.g. user ‘redyhost’: /home/redyhost/.ssh/authorized_keys

If your system contains authorized_keys2 file, the same key needs to be added to that file as well. Just repeat the command above (echo “ssh-rsa key” >> /root/.ssh/authorized_keys2).

RedyHost support RSA public key (one line string, please remove any line breaks)
